This is a sizeable open plan community space serving craft beer and coffee, big on the locavore movement. Four of the 18 taps dispense kombucha, soda, and cider, leaving 14 for the changing craft beer selection which always includes locally brewed stuff as implied by the name. There’s an upstairs event space which is hired out and also sometimes used for special evenings put on by the bar. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Early morning opening. (3/2015)

Very impressive bar featuring all local beers (local being defined as NY state & neighbouring states) and interesting small food dishes using locally sourced food.
